  There is nothing not to like about this place. I travel a lot and whenever I am near this place, I have to stop for a meal. I have had "breakfasts" there multiple times I have never been disappointed. First, the "service" is outstanding and cannot be overlooked. Typically, it's only 'one' server, but in my experiences, that person is always: friendly and professional. That's all I require. No 'chit chat' (that's fine, but I'm not looking for that), just prompt, professional service. Then the food...yikes! Fantastic! The food is hot, tasty and (bonus) often brought to you by the owner...fresh off the grill. "Bouckville" is a small town, so often, you'll get 'diner food' in a town like this ("diner food" is not a compliment). No diner food here. The portions are always good. The homemade potatoes are most excellent. Great place for breakfast. Have not tried the 'lunch' menu yet, but give me time...
